In addition to our comprehensive schedule of SDL courses and training delivery options we can also provide training specifically designed to support the way you work with your chosen SDL solution. We can work with you to define which specific SDL skill areas your team need to focus on.

• New staff may have joined the team 
• Your SDL expert may have moved on to another company 
• You may not have invested in training at the time you initially purchased SDL  
• Your team spending time logging “how do I?” support calls

If any of these sound familiar then the SDL Training team recommend that you conduct a skills audit and then contact us to discuss a customized SDL course for your team.

Depending on the level of customization you want our Trainers will develop a customized course outline based on the daily tasks and requirements of your team e.g.

• Localization workflow
• Internal and external processes
• Current skill levels
• File formats and languages you work with

Using this information, a customized training outline will be compiled and sent to you for review, discussion and agreement.

As an additional level of customization our Trainers can work with you to develop practical exercises and courseware to support your internal processes and workflow.

Training at your offices

To help you minimizing your per staff member training cost, the standard SDL courses can be delivered at your site.  Or if you prefer we can host the course for you at one of our SDL Approved Training Centers around the globe.
